FACILITATOR

MEET KIM BACCIGALUPPI

Kim Baccigaluppi has worked as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1992, helping individuals overcome anxiety, fears, phobias, addiction, PTSD, and depression. Over the years, she began to notice a common thread woven through every client’s story — a yearning for one basic yet profound thing: just to simply feel better. Unaware of the origin of their unhappiness, many found themselves caught in repetitive patterns of emotional pain, disconnected from the deeper self that longed to be seen, understood, and healed. It was through this realization that Kim’s work evolved into guiding others toward emotional awareness, self-connection, and soul-centered transformation.

Beneath every struggle lay repeating patterns formed in early childhood. Emotional wounds creating a vulnerability that morphed into self-preservation and the inability to manage painful emotions. Over time, these wounds evolved into the emotional reactivity that continues to follow us into adulthood.

Drawing on more than thirty years of exploring the connection between trauma and emotional reactivity, Kim Baccigaluppi developed the Emotional Reactivity Syndrome™ (ERS). Noticing the inherent patterns of the syndrome, now identified as the Cycle of Emotional Reactivity, Kim was inspired to create the ERS Soulution™  —  an integrative and comprehensive program combining psychological insight, experiential learning, and soul-centered practices helping individuals become more empowered—responding with conscious intention rather than reactive impulse.

Kim’s work is grounded in spirituality, principles of psychology while bridging neuroscience (mind) with the wisdom of the soul—inviting harmony between the human self and the higher self. She also integrates somatic practices, recognizing that emotions and memories live within the body. Blending her continuous education and experience, Kim’s approach is gentle and compassionate blending several restorative modalities. Kim's clients are  guided toward emotional autonomy, soulful alignment, and an enduring sense of calm and inner steadiness.

early experience

In her early years, Kim developed a comprehensive curriculum called SoulWalk in Sobriety™ specializing in addiction relapse prevention. This program has been integrated within mental health tracks as well as residential and intensive outpatient addiction treatment locations, facilitated within individual and group settings.

Kim's love for group facilitation began in 2005 when she created a (9-month), high school program, Teens for InnerPeace, an outreach program for inner city's at-risk students of the Los Angeles Unified School District Continuation Program, Duke Ellington. Geared toward building self-respect, developing effective communication skills, and violence-free relationships; the program was hugely successful. Students assimilated positive coping mechanisms, learned to manage negative emotions, and learned anger management skills.

Her passion for educating initiated Kim to host and produce 11 shows on Time Warner Communications Cable Television (Your InnerPeace Connection) covering topics such as Negative Self-Beliefs, Domestic Violence, Hypnosis, Pedophilia, Family Intervention, and Generational Addiction.

At her core, Kim is a teacher, devoted mother, and grandmother.
